Coronal Mass Ejection
Catalog: M2M_CATALOG
Start Time: 2025-03-25T10:24Z ( SOHO: LASCO/C2 )
All Detecting Spacecrafts:
SOHO: LASCO/C2
Activity ID: 2025-03-25T10:24:00-CME-001 (version 1)
Source Location: S16W86
Active Region Number: 14028
Note Keyword:
DFL: Likely deflection of the event within the FOV
Faint: Faint event; may affect type assignment
Source Signature Keyword:
FLR: Flare
OFL: Moving/Opening field lines
Morphology Keyword:
L: Loop
Note: Faint CME first seen to the West in SOHO LASCO C2 beginning at 2025-03-25T10:24Z, as well as by SOHO LASCO C3 in later frames. This CME is too faint to be reliably tracked in STEREO A COR2. The source of this event is a C4.4 class flare from AR 14028 (S16W86) which peaked at 2025-03-25T09:49Z. This flare is visible in SDO AIA 94 and 131, along with field line opening visible in SDO AIA 193 and 211.

Prime?"primary flag" which is either True or False. If there are multiple CME analysis entries for a single CME, this flag would indicate which analysis is considered most accurate per measurement type. This is a helpful flag if you would like to download only one most accurate CME analysis per CME per Measurement Type |
